Is tatkal train ticket will cancele if not confirm? or is it in waiting list?
if it is an e-ticket and is wait listed,the e-ticket will be canceled automatically if not confirmed.
if the ticket is purchased from booking counter,then one has to surrender to get the refund,
in case the ticket is not confirmed.
